Towards a common European development policy

Development issues are a chief concern to Europe. Yet, these issues do not have a political weight in line with the financial support that they benefit from. Moreover, current European policies have not achieved their goal to reduce the gap between Europe and Africa. It is today crucial to define an economic frame to face upcoming social difficulties. Africa requests a strong Europe, and Europe needs a developing African continent, more than ever.
