It is not concerned with the others.Hardly has the problem been raised than the subject is dropped: the problem of the youth of a country who wonders what course to follow to succeed in life as it is not granted any of the attention, the confidence and the support expected from us. What has become of the debate on young people’s emancipation and responsibility among an ageing population who attaches less and less weight to their influence in the electorate? What expressions of confidence and gestures of gratitude for their efforts and ideas, are young people presented with today? How can we make up for the widening gap between us and the other European countries and improve the conditions of young people’s access to employment, responsibilities and political expression?
